Telangana DIETCET/ DEECET Notification 2015 Apply Online

The Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana State Online applications for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) are invited from candidates who intend to take admission into two year Diploma in Education (D.Ed.,) in Government District Institutes of Educational Training (DIETs) and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state to be conducted by Department of School Education, Government of Telangana State on Sunday, 15th June, 2015 in all 23 Districts of the State. Candidates can apply for DEECET – 2015 to be held on Sunday, 15.06.2015. Applications will be received for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) only through Online DEECET website http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in/ from 06.05.2015. Date and Timings of DEECET
DEECET will be conducted on June, 2015 in all the Districts of the State. The test will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (2 hours)
Fee and submission ofApplication Online
The fee prescribed for appearing for DEECET (including examination fee) is Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only). Candidates can pay the fee through APONLINE / e-Seva centers or through Payment Gateway between 05.05.2015 and 17.05.2015 and submit online application at the DEETCET website http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in between 06.05.2015 and 18.05.2015
Procedure for submission of application online
Detailed procedure for applying ONLINE is given in the Information Bulletin. Candidates can download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website:http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in from 05.05.2015 onward. Candidates can submit their applications through online from 06.05.2015 to 18.05.2015.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
Candidate should be of Indian Nationality
(1)
The candidate should satisfy Local/Non-Local Status requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended
(2)
Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET 2015 and should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed.
Age Limit
The candidates should have completed 17 years as on 01-09-2015. There is no
upper age limit
Educational Qualifications
The candidate who passed or appeared for the 10+2 2015 final Examinations (qualifying examination) or its equivalent are eligible to appear for the entrance test. But they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
(1)
The candidate should have secured 45 percent of marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 40 percent.’

Telangana DEECET Procedure For Applying Online

Apply Online
The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website http://dietcet.cgg.gov.in and go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for DEECET, 2015
(1)
The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for DEECET shall pay a fee of Rs.200.00 through APONLINE/ e-Seva or through Payment Gateway from 05.05.2015 to 17.05.2015 for submission of application through Online. At the APONLINE or e-Seva Centres, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth, Gender, whether the candidate belongs to A.P. and cell phone number) On receipt of fee at APONLINE or e-Seva the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number  with which she/he can proceed with submission of application through online. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission ofapplication online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received .

The candidates shall follow the procedure of submission of online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up theonline application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5X3.5cms before filling in on-line application.’

Paste the photograph on a white paper and sign below (sign in Black Ink only). Look for the sample above. Ensure that the signature is within the box. Scan the required size containing the photograph and signature. Please do not scan the complete page. The entire image consisting of photo along with signature is required to be scanned and stored in. jpeg format on local machine. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the image is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as dpi resolutions, number of colors during the process of scanning.

Applications with no photo/ unclear photo/ inadequate size photograph will be rejected. Hall-Ticket will not be issued to such candidates. Hence, after pressing the 'UPLOAD' button check if the photo is of required size, clear and is of the same candidate of whom the details are to be filled in the application. If the photo is smaller in size, not clear or does not belong to the candidate press 'BACK' button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph.

One Star Two Star PostComplaints relating to mismatch of photograph and candidate details will not be accepted after submission of application at any cost.

Enter your Journal Number issued by Ap Online or e-Save, the date of payment of fees and Date of birth.

At the field ‘Attach your latest photograph' Click on Browse button and attach your photograph and your signature stored on the local machine

Tick the declaration and enter the verification code

Press Upload

The application will be opened

When the application form is opened check if the photo is of required size, clear and is of the same candidate of whom the details are to be filled in the application. If the photo is smaller in size, not clear or does not belong to the candidate press 'BACK' button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph.

Confirm that the photograph is yours and that it is as per the given specifications.

Fill in the application form as per the instructions given in the User Guide and Information Bulletin and those offered while filling the Online Application Form.

After filling all the details press PREVIEW button. This will display the details submitted by you

On submission of application form online the candidate shall be given reference ID number which should be kept carefully for any kind of future correspondence. Submission of application can be considered to have been completed only on receiving reference ID number.
